I once dreamed of facing this so called: spot light. The light where everyone is focused. The light that reflects the other side of yourself. This light will be your guide to..STARDOM.
yes, i once dreamed of being an actress. An actress that everyone looks up to. A stage performer and definitely not a stage hater. I love stages. Stages reflects the side of me that is not always seen. I wanted to be seen, to be heard, to be loved.
This time came. The time that would help me enrich my inner being. The time that will teach me the things that i should and shouldnt do.
I was asked to play the bungangerang kapitbahay role.
Tick.tock.Time is running..FAST!
3.2.1.Action!
I was nervous. I dont know what to do. I dont know if i should use the door for an exit. I talked to myself:
Hey, i thought you want this. You told yourself that an actress is a stage lover and hot a stage hater. In just a seconds or few, you will be stepping into it. You will be facing the crowd and you will be heard.
I decided to step into the stage. I acted like i wasn't nervous at all. I didn't know that it's now my time to have a graceful exit from the stage. I loved what i did and i will accept if i will be offered again.
The only question that remained in my mind was:
Did they love what i did?
..and that question was answered today.
A group of a sophomore student approached me and told me that i acted..fine..GREAT!
They loved what i did:)
And finally, I gave glory to HIS name:)
