My Summer 2012

These are the highlights of my summer:
- I first had this summer feeling when finals week is finally over. I can still remember the days when I had sleepless nights for two weeks. I dreaded going straight to school with just a few hours of sleep.
- How I passed the semester and still maintained a good standing status despite the bizarre sem.
- My 18th birthday celebration at Singapore! :)
- After our Singapore trip, we went to the fascinating province of Nueva Ecija.
(Notice the change of my skin color. The heat in NE was intense!)
- I love the simplicity of lifestyle in the provinces. It is where you will learn that the basics are still important and the best.
- I was their summer school buddy:
- and she was my side-kick and my fangirl mate
(We would always watch Daniel Padilla's videos and interviews and promised to never miss a thing. She made me feel like I'm forever fourteen/sixteen. And I loved it.)
- Watering the plants was always my favorite agenda everyday. I acquired a strong relationship with them (well, after cursing them that I want to kill every plant because of my Plant Systematics subject)
- Every good memories come to an end and we have to say goodbye to our province and to my cell phone too. ( http://faithanddreams.tumblr.com/post/23090443056/and-it-breaks-my-heart-to-know-that-youre)
- Registered to comelec so I'll be a registered voter of the Philippines.
Some things that I expected didn't happen just like enrolling to a review school for NMAT that I'm planning to take this year but I am definitely happy this summer. Just like every summer, it was always something that you'll remember. There were trials along the way but the important thing is learning your lesson and the continuity of being a better individual who not just love God but who honor Him in every way. Summer 2012 is now a closed chapter of my life but I will never forget all the memories and the lessons that it taught me. Let's welcome the new month and continue to pray for greater things. Cheers!
